Please take a few moments to read through CBD terms and conditions.

All work is designed and handmade by CBD, all design rights and images belong to CBD and action will be taken if any ideas or images are copied.

Payments

CBD requires full payment before a purchase is sent. For any commissions a deposit of 50% is required within seven days of placing the order and full payment before it is sent. All orders will be sent with a receipt.

CBD accepts bank transfers (BACS) and Pay Pal (please note you do not need to have a pay pal account to process your payment)

Delivery

Cost of delivery will vary depending on the size and weight of the order, CBD will make sure that all items are packed to the highest standard to eliminate damage. All items will be sent using recorded delivery and postage and packaging is included in the price. .

CBD aims to dispatch all goods purchased as soon as possible.

However, as each item is handmade, larger pieces or large orders may take up to 12 weeks and you will be notified of this if it affects your order. If you need an item for a specific date please contact me prior to ordering and I will do my best to accommodate.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order you must notify us immediately and before your purchase has been dispatched. If your purchase has been dispatched or if you’ve already received your order please see the Returns Policy for further information.

Please note a 50% deposit is required on all commissions and will be lost if cancelled before they are started. Once a commission has been started it cannot be cancelled.

Returns

If for any reason you wish to return your goods, you will need to contact within 14 working days. Items must be in their original packaging and unused for any refund. The goods are the customers responsibility until they reach our registered address. Please ensure you sufficiently pack your goods to prevent damage in transit. We reserve the right to refuse the return of goods which have been damaged because they were not appropriately re packaged.

Postage costs are non refundable with exception of faulty goods. CBD request using a traceable method of postage for returns.

If the item was purchased at a stockist please contact them directly and they will forward the query to me.
